MOTORIZED DESCALING

Not necessary any manual adjustment for wire rod
For descaling by means of breaking and bending rollers, with motor adjustment.
The descaler is designed in most stable welded construction, consists of the entry
roller set in heavy cross type and is equipped with a breaking and bending roller pair
and two additional wire guide rollers.
The special advantage of the operation is that the wire to be descaled can be led
straight through the descaler to the drawing machine resp. to the lubricator and
cassette and has not be bent round a breaking and bending roller.
The adjustment of the breaking and bending rollers is made by a gear motor,
programmable.
The descaler is completely closed. The scale box inside the machine body takes up
the arising scale.
